4.1 GLOSSES IN SOLVENT BASE

4.1.3 LUXSOL S-BLN

CHARACTERISTICS: Esther of cellulose butirated free of groups nitro, properly formuled in a solvent medium with silicone oils and waxes additives to give a soft and warm touch to leather. Its aspect is of a transparent and bright liquid with the characteristic solvent smell. The gloss obtained in a correct application is of average-high power and quite nice touch.

APPLICATION FIELD;: White Full-grain and Corrected leather. It is a great product for white leather as light does not make it yellow like the rest of lacquer glosses.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: After thoroughly cleaning leather from glues and other dirts, and after repairing and leveling if necessary, you will apply Luxsol S-BL N with a spraying gun with a nozzle opening of 1,5 mm., with a 4 atm. pressure and a proper distance to the shoe. The experience tells us the correct distance is from 25 to 35 cm. It is important to have a good application cabin equipped with an extractor fan, water screen and good light. It is convenient to use a protecting mask.

REMARKS: It is advisable to clean with Ammoniacal Cleaner and apply a base to leather before gloss application to improve its adherence and aging. In our zone laboratories gloss strength can be modified to get what it is desired in each case.
