4.2 GLOSSES IN WATERY BASE

4.2.4 LUSTRAPELL

CHARACTERISTICS: Mixture of natural and synthetic waxes, emulsioned and properly formuled to get a high power gloss, very transparent and limpid, with a natural touch. Its aspect is of a milky yellow liquid, with a characteristic smell of waxes.

APPLICATION FIELD: It is applied on aniline average and high quality leathers.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: After thoroughly cleaning leather from glues and other dirts, and after repairing and leveling colours if necessary, you will apply Lustrapell with a spraying gun with a nozzle opening of 1-1,5 mm. at 4-6 atm. of pressure, and a proper distance to the shoe. The experience tells us the correct distance is from 25 to 35 cm.. These glosses have a good advantage: they improve their effects with a good brushing, using a cotton or wool brush impregnated with our BRIGHTENING WAX at 500 to 800 r.p.m.

It is important to have a good application cabin, equipped with an extractor fan, water screen and good light. It is convenient to use a protecting mask.

REMARKS: It is convenient to apply a base before gloss application to unify absorption and improve ageing. Our zone laboratories will give Lustrapell any aniline colour if needed, to emphasize a tone or level shoe general colour.
