6. SOLID WAXES

6.4 SUPERWAX

CHARACTERISTICS: Mixture of hard waxes properly formulated to get a Crystal Clear Gloss effect on shoes already finished with watery glosses or creams. It is presented shaped as solid white-coloured rectangular bars, properly sized to be easily handled. It is also manufactured in different colours, especially black or brown.

APPLICATION FIELD: In every kind of leather, Box-Calf, Kid-skin, Buffalo, Full-Grain or Corrected leather, to enhance the gloss previously applied. Also applied on leather and heels to get bright, soft, limpid surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The application is by friction of the wax bar to a cotton or wool brush put together to a mechanical roller whose speed is 500 to 800 rpm. approx. Once the brush is impregnated, you will approach the leather to be polished trying to get a uniform friction and the desired polishing effect.

The roller machine must have a good dust extractor to avoid any damage for the worker who is polishing shoes. It is also convenient for the whole polishing operation to use protecting mask and proper glasses.
