Cleaners

Characteristics:
It is composed of a mixture of surfactants conveniently selected to get a good degreasin and dirt cleaner power.  Its aspect is of a transparent liquid.  It acts over usual dirt of manufacturing (sweat, dust, machine grease, glues, and so on).
Aplication Field:
Full grain, corrected and plastified Split leathers.  Of course we will not use it for fashion finishes such as oil-tanned, pull-up, etc…
Instructions for use:
Some very simple details have to be noticed as they will help us to make a good cleaning.  It is better to use an appropiate rag than a sponge, for the dirt dissolved by the cleaner will be more easily dragged.  It is convenient to change frequently from a dirty to a clean rag, because it is an usual mistake to use the same rag during too long, and be dirtying instead of cleaning. It is convenient and advisable to use tight-fitting gloves to avoid the continued contact with the skin.

It is composed of surfactants, polymers and ammoniacal dissolutions properly formuled. Its aspect is of a milky liquid. It has a great degreasing and decontamining power in general, but especially on white finishes. It has an advantage over A cleaner by its added capacity of leather conditioning for further operations of finish.
Aplication Field:
In general for any kind of Full-grain or Corrected leather. You will have to be cautions when being informed about a protein finish (caseins, albumins,...) because the ammoniac that the cleaner contains is able to dissolve the proteins fixed with formaline or other fixers and consequently dissolve the proteins that constitute the tanning finish film.

It is an organic not watery cleaner, with transparent liquid aspect.  It is composed of aliphatic solvents, mixed with selected oils to clean, but also bring the patent leather its characteristic brightness and avoid getting easily misty.
Aplication Field:
All kind of Patent leathers.  The same with tanned or synthetic ones.  Good results can also be obtained on leathers with high brightness, and with a water tanning.
Instructions for use:
The use of this cleaner has a special feature: once the patent leather has been rubbed with a rag humidified with Patent Leather Cleaner, the following step to complete cleaning is to rub the leather with a dried up and clean rag, until leaving the shoe ready to be packed.  Another solution is brushing the shoe with a wool or cotton brush rolling between 500 and 800 rpm. It is advisable not only to use tight-fitting gloves to deal with the product, but also have a good ventilation in the work place designed for its use. You must be as strict as possible in its use, as it is a product in solvent base and consequently volatile.

For any full-grain and Corrected leather.  As an advantage over Ammoniacal Cleaner or Shoe Cleaner, it has a great facility to clean neoprene glues that dirty yhe leather once the shoe manufacturing process is finished.

All kind of Patent leathers.  The same with tanned or synthetic ones.  Good results can also be obtained on leathers with high brightness, and with a water tanning.

Characteristics:
Its aspect is of a colourless, transparent and odour characteristic liquid.
Aplication Field:
It used for cleaning of shoe, especially the nubuck and the suedes-leather. It´s a degrease product, especially recommended for cleaning stains from oils, glue and in general for all kinds of dirt. The product evaporates quickly, so it doesn´t impair the manufacture.
Instructionsfor use:
Like any cleaner. The product is only a help for the rag, that will be humidified with LAVADOR CS. It is advisable not only to use tight-fitting gloves to deal with the product, but also have a good ventilation in the work place designed for its use. You must be as strict as possible in its use, as it is a product in solvent base and consequently volatile.
