Characteristics:
When leather is handled during cutting, preparing and shoe manufacturing operations, in the end of the process hundreds of defects are found, due both to the process itself but also to the leather. You will find scratches, blindness of grain, sanding out of the marked surface, differences of colour tone in different parts of shoe, etc… To solve all these problems, we have got a range of different appropiate repairers for every kind of leather and every kind of texture and colour, and our zone laboratories will adjust them for every customer need. There are mainly two groups: liquid repairers and solid repairers (repairing sticks) which are divided themselves into Wax Repairers for finished leather, and Repairers for Nubuck. Every kind of repairer is of different nature and for different purpose. But we want to emphasize the importance for the manufacturer to find his own remedy in his factory as quickly as possible, inmediately after having detected the problem in production.
Our zone laboratories will give you their collaboration at once. It is also a common problem to find different tones of a colour in the some shoe or between shoes coming from the same job. In such a situation you can use a especific leveler taking a lacquer base with an aniline colouring, for example, or ask our laboratories for help to give some especific colour to bases, glosses or creams you are usually using in production. In this way you will make two operation in one step, this is, leveling colour and giving desired gloss at the same time..
Acabado Masilla
Characteristics:
They are a mixture of filling inert substances that alone or properly pigmented make the Repairing Stick functions. Its aspect is of a stiffy liquid and it’s manufactured in clear colour or every colour wanted.
Aplication Field:
Every kind of leather which, during the shoe manufacture, have been damaged (sanded, scratches, etc. ) very difficult to repair with a conventional Repairer.
Instructions for use:
When the shoe surface to be finished is clean from glues and other contamining dirts, the defects the leather has in the shoe vamp are more clearly seen. With the coloured or clear Acabado Masilla ready to use, you will rub on the damaged parts until the scratches are filled up. When it’s dry, we go on the conventional finish that this shoe needs.

Lápices Reparadores de Cera
Characteristics:
They are mixtures of soft natural and synthetic waxes properly pigmented to the desired tone. They are presented as cylindric tubes (sticks) in a suitable shape to be handled easily.
Aplication Field:
Every kind of leather which has been finished in a tanning factory with resins, waxes and pigments.That is to say, in every kind of leather with a more or less thick tanning finish layer placed on it.
Instructions for use:
When the shoe surface to be finished is clean from glues and other contamining dirts, the defects the leather has in the shoe vamp are more clearly seen. With the coloured Repairing Sticks ready to use, you will rub on the damaged parts until the scratches are filled up.
Another method is to melt the stick wax with a metallic blade sharp end; then fill with it the damaged part and rub with a rag to remove the remaining wax and level all the surface. It is convenient to fix eventually this first reparation with a Liquid Repairer in acrylic base.

Reparadores Líquidos
Characteristics:
Mixture in a watery medium of acrylic resins, proteins, filling inert substances, coloured with pigment dispersions selected in every case to get the proper tone and solve the problem presented in production. Its aspect is of a creamy coloured liquid. It is convenient for the repairer when is completely dried up in the air or with the help of a heating source to give the most similar colour and gloss to the repaired original leather . It has a good covering power.
Aplication Field:
It is applied on all the slight damages of the leather, to repair it. Every kind of leather which has been finished in a tanning factory with resins, waxes and pigments.
Instructions for use:
It can be applied with a sponge or a good quality thin paintbrush. But it is better to apply it with a spraying gun with a step of 0,8 mm. and 4 atm. of pressure.
It is important to have a good application cabin equipped with a good extractor fan, water screen, and good light. It is convenient to use a protecting mask.

Reparador PVC
Characteristics:
Mixture of polyurethane in solvent medium, coloured with pigment dispersions, selected in each case to get the tone and the coverage and solve the problem presented in PVC flooring or PVC sheets on leather. Its aspect is a thick liquid. It is convenient for the repair when is completely dried up in the air or with the help of a heating source to give the most similar colour and gloss to the repaired original PVC. It has a good covering power.
Aplication Field:
It is applied on all the slight damages of the PVC to repair it.
Instructions for use:
It can be applied with a fine quality brush, providing an area of application properly ventilated. It´s convenient to use a protecting mask.

Reparador Nubuk LP
Characteristics:
Mixture of polyurethane in solvent medium, coloured with pigment dispersions, selected in each Mixture in solvent-based of lacquers free NITROCELLULOSE that combined with solvents pigments, has the function of equalizing the tones of nubuck, suede, split leather, without altering the plush texture.
Aplication Field:
As the name applies on nubuck, suede and split in those cases where the components of the shoe upper, inequalities have desired tone and unify. Also to cover slight damage.
Instructions for use:
Add to product suitable solvent pigments to achieve the desired tone. Apply to step 0.5-0.8 mm gun at a pressure of 4 atm. Once dry, well air or using heat source, gently brush hair brush to lift plush.

Characteristics:
Mixture in aqueous medium and alcohol polymers combined with aqueous pigment has the function of equalizing tones nubuck, suede and split leather without altering plush texture.
Aplication Field:
As the name applies on nubuck, suede and split in those cases where the components of the shoe upper, inequalities have desired tone and unify. Also to cover slight damage.
Instructions for use:
Add to product suitable aqueous pigments to achieve the desired tone. Apply to step 0.5-0.8 mm gun at a pressure of 4 atm. Once dry, well air or using heat source, gently brush hair brush to lift plush.
