Soles, Edges and Heels Finishing

Characteristics:
Mixture of natural and synthetic waxes properly formuled to get a high filling and brightening power when being applied and polished on a lining heel or a leather edge.
Aplication Field:
Leather edges and heels.
Instructions for use:
On a leather edge or heel previously sanded with a roughing sandpaper, you will apply our filler MORDIENTE.  After a normal drying up you will sand it again with a number 300 to 400 sandpaper.  Afterwards you will apply the ink with a paintbrush.  Once the ink is dried up you will polish leather with a leather sheets roller at 800 r.p.m. approx. to melt waxes and fill up leather.  You will eventually brighten it with a cotton or wool brush impregnated with our BRIHGTENING WAX. It is convenient and advisable to apply NATURAL OR COLOURED TCC INK in good conditions of ventilation and hand protection to avoid skin contact and any allergic reaction or irritation.

Remarks:

Characteristics:
Mixture of natural and synthetic waxes properly formuled and coloured to get a high filling and brightening power when being applied and polished on a lining heel or a leather edge. It has a bigger particle size than T kind.  Therefore you will use it when applied on linings with a greater filling necessity to cover their defects.
Aplication Field:
Leather edges and heels.
Instructions for use:
On a leather edge or heel previously sanded with a roughing sandpaper, you will apply our filler MORDIENTE.  After a normal drying up you will sand it again with a number 300 to 400 sandpaper.  Afterwards you will apply the ink with a paintbrush.  Once the ink is dried up you will polish leather with a leather sheets roller at 800 r.p.m. approx. to melt waxes and fill up leather.  You will eventually brighten it with a cotton or wool brush impregnated with our BLACK BRIGHTENING WAX. Mixture of waxes and polymers properly formuled to get a good gloss when applied and polished on a leather sole.
Aplication Field:
For Buffed or not Buffed leather soles.
Instructions for use:
You will apply it with a paintbrush or a spraying gun on a leather sole that may have been previously buffed.  Once it is dried up you will polish it with a fabric sheets brush at 100 r.p.m. approx. impregnated with our ABRASIVE WAX to remove and level every leather surface imperfection.  You will then brighten leather with a horsehair and cotton or wool brush at 500 r.p.m. approx. impregnated with our BRIGHTENING WAX. It is important to have a good application cabin equipped with an extractor fan, water screen and light for the application to be rightly done.  It is convenient to use protecting mask.

Characteristics:
Mixture of acrylic copolymers properly formuled in an organic dissolution to get a high gloss when applied on edges or heels made of synthetic materials.  When it is properly coloured you can get a finish with a desired colour.
Aplication Field:
Generally speaking, for every edge or heel made of synthetic material, rubber, TR, etc..., when you want to get a bright and filled edge.
Instructions for use:
It is usually used in the sole premanufacturing.  After sanding the edges and heels (the smaller the sandpaper grain the better the finish aspect), several soles are grouped in a column that is holded with an hydraulic fixer in the air extraction cabin.  The product is then applied with a nozzle opening of 1 to 1,5 mm., with a 2 to 4 atm. pressure and a proper distance, 20 to 30 cm. according to our experience.  An advantage of this ink is that can be brushed with a fabric brush impegnated with our ABRASIVE WAX 3G at 800 to 1000 r.p.m. getting a finish similar to a polished edge.  It can also be applied with a paintbrush when sole is already attached to the shoe.  Most of times it is necessary to dilute 3 parts of TS-10 INK with 2 parts of TS SOLVENT approx., depending on the particular case, the same when applied with gun or paintbrush. It is important to have a good application cabin equipped with an extractor fan, water screen and light for the application to be rightly done.  It is convenient to use protecting mask.

Aplication Field:
For leather edges in Goods manufacturing (Bags, Belts, etc.).

It is applied with a paintbrush or a proper roller machine.  It is convenient to sand the leather edge previously with a roughing sandpaper, to level the different pieces of the edge.  You will apply then our filler MORDIENTE and after a normal drying up you will sand it with a number 300 to 400 sandpaper. It is convenient and advisable to apply LEATHER GOODS EDGES INK in good ventialtion and hand protection conditions to avoid skin contact and any allergic reaction or irritation.

Remarks:
Leather Goods Edges Ink is usually applied in Black or Brown colour.  For other special colours you must ask our zone laboratories. Characteristics:
Mixture of solvents and oils, coloured with anilines to the disired tone.
Aplication Field:
It is to dye CRUST (without finishing) when Shoemaker wants to dye the leather his client needs
Instructions for use:
When CRUST is cut in pieces, it immerses in a container with Colour IMS Ink.  After some seconds of immertion take leather out and leave to dry in a place with good ventilation.. It is important to use gloves, and to have a good ventilation in the place of working.  It is a product in solvent base, we must be very strict in his used.

Characteristics:
Mixture of naturals shellacs in a solvent medium.  Its aspect is of a dark yellow liquid, and with the characteristic solvent smell.
Aplication Field:
For getting high quality finishings in EDGES and HEELS.
Instructions for use:
EDGES and HEELS are sanded with a thick sandpaper (80-140).  Afterwards you will apply MORDIENTE with a paintbrush.  Once MORDIENTE is dried up (5-10 minutes), you will sand with a thin sandpaper (240-320).  MORDIENTE makes hard fibre leather to get easier a good sanded, and therefore a nice and glazed surface.

Characteristics:
Mixture of proteins, properly coloured and formuled to dye on the Leather edges. It is easy to clean the surface leather during the aplication.
Aplication Field:

Instructions for use:
When leather is cut and piled up in pieces, it will apply Colour Leather Edges Ink with a spraying gun. It leaves to dry 3-5 minutes. It is convenient and advisable to apply LEATHER EDGES INK in good ventialtion and hand protection conditions to avoid skin contact and any allergic reaction or irritation.

Afterwards you will apply the ink with a paintbrush. Once the ink is dried up you will polish leather with a leather sheets roller at 800 r.p.m. approx. to melt waxes and fill up leather.
