Characteristics
PELLFIX RE-04 is an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of acrylic esters and styrene, free of ethoxylated alkylphenols.
PELLFIX RE-04 is used in the textile and leather industry as a binder for nonwovens and surface coatings, giving them hyphroguous properties.
Aplication Field:
PELLFIX RE-04 is a water-based resin with a fine particle and high anchorage, suitable for impregnating naps, to which it gives medium hardness and water-repellent properties.
The amount of PELLFIX RE-04 to be applied depends on each particular application, whether it is for surface coatings or for impregnations of fabrics and nonwovens.
For a correct use of the product on a textile support, our recommendation is to first apply a drying process for the total elimination of water and then proceed to the crosslinking process for 3 min. at 140-150 ºC.
It is suitable as a foil bonding resin.

PELLFIX RE-019 is an aqueous dispersion polyacrylate binder with a whitish milky liquid appearance.
The PELLFIX RE-019 film is colourless, transparent and solid to light, being soft and elastic.
Aplication Field:
The PELLFIX RE-019 is particularly suitable for impregnating buffing leather.
Due to its high filling power, it is also suitable for closing the surface of highly absorbent leathers.
Due to its characteristics, it corrects the looseness of the grain without hardening the skin.
It is suitable as a foil bonding resin.
