CHARACTERISTICS: We classify as auxiliary products those products which are not exactly finishing products. These products assist and make some shoe operations easy for the shoe production technician.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Mixture of silicone oils properly formuled in a watery medium. Its aspect is of a milky white liquid.
APPLICATION FIELD:
It is used by its foam breaker power as a defoamer agent in finishing application cabins provided with a water screen.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
While using an application cabin provided with a water screen, a lot of foam is formed due to spraying gun application of watery glosses made of waxes and acrylic resins that contain important quantities of humidifiers and surfactants. From time to time you will bedew the formed foam with small quantities of Defoamer that will break it in order to go on normally working.It is convenient to apply the product in a well ventilated area and protect your hands with suitable work gloves.

APPLICATION FIELD:
As its name tells, it is applied to the lasts to make the last slinging be an easy operation and avoid deforming the shoe.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before entering the lasts in the production line, you will apply Lasts Slider on them with a rag, spreading the product as uniformly as possible. Let it dry.It is convenient to apply the product in a well ventilated area and protect your hands with suitable work gloves.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Mixture of different solvents properly formuled to get a good cleaning power of silver lines in the drawing of models.
APPLICATION FIELD:
For every leather and succedaneums. In any case it is always convenient to make previously a test before removing lines of a whole job.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
It is applied by rubbing the leather surface with a humidified rag with Lines Remover I until making lines disappear. It can also be applied with a brush or short horsehair paintbrush.You will handle product properly equipped with gloves, but also have a good ventilation in the work place. It is a product in a solvent base, consequently volatile, that’s why you must be strict while using it.

APPLICATION FIELD:
For every leather when you want to give a final brushing in the shoe finishing, and make the final touch be soft, warm and nice, the same with matt, average or high glossy aspect.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
You will apply some drops of product to the wool or cotton brush with a rag. Before brushing the shoe it is convenient to make the brush roll some minutes to avoid product humidity. Once the shoe is well brushed in every corner, it gets a very nice touch and is ready to be packed. It is convenient to make it as quickly as possible.It is convenient to apply the product in a well ventilated area and protect your hands with suitable work gloves to avoid skin contact and any allergic reaction or irritation.

Mixture of solvents of different properties to be able to clean any kind of tool used in the shoe manufacturing. Its aspect is of a transparent liquid with a strong smell of solvents.
APPLICATION FIELD:
To clean tools and machines used in shoe manufacturing.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Like any cleaner, with a rag, or spraying with the dirty gun of any finish product, using the suitable Cleaning Solvent.

REMARKS:
We have got a broad range of Cleaning Solvents, but LPU Solvent and LZA Solvent are the most important ones.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Mixture of oil, emulsion-maker, and preservative, in a watery media, properly formulated, to treat leather with problems of greasy repuss. It looks like a dark brown liquid.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Full grain leather, corrected grain leather and nubucks which have repuss problems, both because of natural greases coming from the leather itself, or because of a bad fixing of added greases during manufacture process. It is also used as a preventive measure in cases in which the type of leather is prone to these kind of problems.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Carry out a deep cleaning of the leather which has this problem, brushing with a clean rag soaked with Antiseptic Repuss, clearing repuss from surface. Clean often the rag to keep it clean.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Polymers of silicone that it is used like a touch agent. Its aspect is of a milky liquid, miscible in water. It gives to the leather a silky and sliding touch. It improves the resisitence to the rubbing.
APPLICATION FIELD:
When it desires to modify the leather touch in the finals caps. In every kind of leather when it needs to improve the touch and/or the resistence to the rubbing. It is also a good product for the molded a high temperatures.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
It is advise to add 0.5% of ECO-SILICONA A in glosses and 0.2% in lacquers. It is also a good product to apply to the wool or cloth brush in the last brush of shoe.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Oils and minerals solvents with a very good penetration to the leather, getting an excellent pull-up effect and a very soft full-grain. Its aspect is a yellow liquid with low viscosity and no miscible in water, this way it obtains an aspect matt and dark with a greasy touch.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Full-grain leather and Nubuks when you want to present and a PULL-UP aspect. The quantity of product to apply to get the desired greasy touch will depend on leather absorption.
The leathers retanned with synthetic-vegetal produce an intensification of the effect.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
After thoroughly cleaning leather from glues and other dirts (with our NUBUK CLEANER RUBBER), you will apply ACEITE PULL with an spraying gun with a nozzle opening of 1 to 1,5 mm. and a pressure of 4 to 6 atm., from a proper distance. Experience tells us that 25 to 35 cm. is the correct distance. It is important to have an application cabin equipped with a good extractor fan, water screen and good light for the application to be correct. It is convenient to use protecting mask.

CHARACTERISTICS:

An acrlic binder of general used, with water resistant properties and low sticky. Its aspect is a yellowish liquid.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Like an aditive in glosses and creams, in those cases it required to improve the gloss, coverege and water resistant of leather. It has a fine particle and a good stability. Its film is transparent and elastic wiht a very good capacity of filled and flexibility.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Add to the watery glosses in right proportions in each case or in creams and glosses.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Dispersion of a modify stearate. Its aspect is a white thick liquid.
APPLICATION FIELD:
To get matt a solvent lacquer. It is a great product for white leather as light does not make it yellow. MATEANTE BLN has natural touch, soft and waxy.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Add between 15%-30% of product on laquer weigh. An excesive matt product can become the final product in greyish.

Anti-fungal and deodorant product for shoes. Its aspect is a transparent liquid with lavender smell.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Inside shoes.
INSTRUCCTIONS FOR USE:
At the end of the process of shoe finishing, it applies inside shoe with a spraying gun.

REMARKS:
Store the containers in a dry and well-ventilated place, far from sources of heat and direct solar light. Keep far away from ignition points. Keep away from oxidising agents and from highly acidic or alkaline materials.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Mixed of differents properties solvents to reforce the cleaner powered in some shoe finishings. Normaly its aspect is of a transparent liquid with a hight solvent smell.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Like a cleaner additive in creams and cleaners.
INSTRUCCIONS FOR USE:
It is NOT ADVICE to add more than 10% on creams.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Organic acid with a high antioxidant power and to eliminate free radicals.
PH: 3 +/- 1
DENSITY: 1.08 +/- 0.05
ASPECT: Liquid slightly yellow.
APPLICATION FIELD:
It’s specially design to eliminate Chromium 6 in the leather..
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
You will apply with and spraying gun to get wet all the surface leather. If the shoe is made, it is convenient to aplly inside shoe also, for improving the result. Be careful with some finishing leather, it could change the aspect of the leather.

CHARACTERISTICS:
White yellowy paste of a silica complex dispersion. It is used to add to glosses or creams to get a silky touch and a matt aspect.
APPLICATION FIELD:
All types of leather where it gets to improve the filled and lower gloss in watery products, its aspect is matt without harming the adherence, nor rubbing resistences and the flexion.
INSTRUCCTIONS FOR USE:
Add to the base product between 50 to 200 gr/litre and apply according to the base product specifications.

Characteristics:
Mixed of solvents of differents properties. It is miscible in solvent and watery base. It has a high flash point, for this reason, it isn’t flammable nor dangerous. It is a transparent liquid of a weak smell and characteristic.
Application Field:
It can be used like Diluted or Cleanner. And also like a soft Paint-removing, to modify or eliminate anilines it has been added in the process of shoe finishing.
Instructions for use:
Eco-decapante has the same purpose than cloth, to clean the leather.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Touch in a solvent base, its aspect is a natural and transparent liquid with a particular smell.
APPLICATION FIELD:
Like an aditive in a solvent base formulations, it gets a soft and sliding touch. It has a very good light resistence, for this reason, it can be add to formulations for White leathers (acetone butirated lacquers).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Add from 0.5 to 5% in base to formulated.

Anionic emulsion of polisiloxannes in White color and in watery base. Tacto F has light resistence, it doesn’t get yellow for the warm action.
APPLICATION FIELD:
To get the leather softer, a silky and velved-like surface. Otherwise increase the water-repelent effect on leather.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Like a final top in shoe finishing, you will aplly with a spraying gun with a nozzle opening of 1,5 mm., with a 4 atm. pressure and a proper distance to the shoe. It is important to have a good application cabin equipped with an extractor fan, water screen and good light. It is convenient to use a protecting mask.

Mixed of alcohols properly formulated, it is used like a thickener for creams and gels. Its aspect is a thick liquid with transparent colour.
APPLICATION FIELD:
When it wants to change the rheology in a product for improving its apllication.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
It advices to add between 1.5% to 3%, in liquid products whose conteins emulsion waxes. It is necessary to add ESPESANTE 99 in a continious stiring to get a good uniformity in creams.
