Characteristics:
Mixture of surfactants and oils properly formuled in a aqueous-alcoholic medium.  Its aspect is of yellow dun liquid with an alcohol and pine oil smell.  When leather is wet and penetrated with this product, it gets softer and can be handled more easily in operations such as preparing or lasting of mocassins vamps, avoiding leather breaking.
Aplication Field:
In every shoe manufacturing operation when leather hardness makes it difficult to be handled.
Instructions for use:
C Softener must be diluted with water in a 1 to 9 or 2 to 8 proportion.  That's to say, two parts of Softener with 8 parts of water.  In extreme difficulty cases you will look up our Technical Department.  You will wet the leather to be handled (sewn, lasted or stretched....) with the C Softener dilution.  Then you will wait for 5 minutes for the effect of softening to appear and will begin to handle leather. It is convenient to apply product in a well ventilated zone and protect your hands with proper work glasses.

Characteristics:
Mixture of silicone oils properly formuled in a watery medium.  Its aspect is of a milky white liquid.
Aplication Field:
It is used by its foam breaker power as a defoamer agent in finishing application cabins provided with a water screen.
Instructions for use:
While using an application cabin provided with a water screen, a lot of foam is formed due to spraying gun application of watery glosses made of waxes and acrylic resins that contain important quantities of humidifiers and surfactants.  From time to time you will bedew the formed foam with small quantities of Defoamer that will break it in order to go on normally working. It is convenient to apply the product in a well ventilated area and protect your hands with suitable work gloves.

Characteristics:
Mixture of silicone oils and waxes formuled in a solvent medium.  Its aspect is of a green-yellow liquid with a solvent smell.
Aplication Field:
As its name tells, it is applied to the lasts to make the last slinging be an easy operation and avoid deforming the shoe.
Instructions for use:
Before entering the lasts in the production line, you will apply Lasts Slider on them with a rag, spreading the product as uniformly as possible.  Let it dry.  It is convenient to apply the product in a well ventilated area and protect your hands with suitable work gloves.

Characteristics:
Mixture of different solvents properly formuled to get a good cleaning power of silver lines in the drawing of models.
Aplication Field:
For every leather and succedaneums.  In any case it is always convenient to make previously a test before removing lines of a whole job.
Instructions for use:
It is applied by rubbing the leather surface with a humidified rag with Lines Remover I until making lines disappear.  It can also be applied with a brush or short horsehair paintbrush.You will handle product properly equipped with gloves, but also have a good ventilation in the work place.  It is a product in a solvent base, consequently volatile, that's why you must be strict while using it.

Characteristics:
Mixture of silicone oils in a watery medium.  Its aspect is of a milky liquid with a solvent smell.
Aplication Field:
For every leather when you want to give a final brushing in the shoe finishing, and make the final touch be soft, warm and nice, the same with matt, average or high glossy aspect.
Instructions for use:
You will apply some drops of product to the wool or cotton brush with a rag.  Before brushing the shoe it is convenient to make the brush roll some minutes to avoid product humidity.  Once the shoe is well brushed in every corner, it gets a very nice touch and is ready to be packed.  It is convenient to make it as quickly as possible. It is convenient to apply the product in a well ventilated area and protect your hands with suitable work gloves to avoid skin contact and any allergic reaction or irritation.

Characteristics:
Mixture of solvents of different properties to be able to clean any kind of tool used in the shoe manufacturing.  Its aspect is of a transparent liquid with a strong smell of solvents.
Aplication Field:
To clean tools and machines used in shoe manufacturing.
Instructions for use:
Like any cleaner, with a rag, or spraying with the dirty gun of any finish product, using the suitable Cleaning Solvent.

We have got a broad range of Cleaning Solvents, but LPU Solvent, LZA Solvent and Cabin Cleaner Solvent are the most important ones. Characteristics:
Mixture of oil, emulsion-maker, and preservative, in a watery media, properly formulated, to treat leather with problems of greasy repuss. It looks like a dark brown liquid.
Aplication Field:
Full grain leather, corrected grain leather and nubucks which have repuss problems, both because of natural greases coming from the leather itself, or because of a bad fixing of added greases during manufacture process. It is also used as a preventive measure in cases in which the type of leather is prone to these kind of problems.
Instructions for use:
Carry out a deep cleaning of the leather which has this problem, brushing with a clean rag soaked with Antiseptic Repuss, clearing repuss from surface. Clean often the rag to keep it clean..

Characteristics:
Polymers of silicone that it is used like a touch agent.  Its aspect is of a milky liquid, miscible in water. It gives to the leather a silky and sliding touch. It improves the resisitence to the rubbing.
Aplication Field:
When it desires to modify the leather touch in the finals caps. In every kind of leather when it needs to improve the touch and/or the resistence to the rubbing. It is also a good product for the molded a high temperatures.
Instructions for use:
It is advise to add 0.5% of SILICONA 3A in glosses and 0.2% in lacquers.  It is also a good product to apply to the wool or cloth brush in the last brush of shoe.

Characteristics:
Oils and minerals solvents with a very good penetration to the leather, getting an excellent pull-up effect and a very soft full-grain.  Its aspect is a yellow liquid with low viscosity and no miscible in water, this way it obtains an aspect matt and dark with a greasy touch.
Aplication Field:
Full-grain leather and Nubuks when you want to present and a PULL-UP aspect.  The quantity of product to apply to get the desired greasy touch will depend on leather absorption. The leathers retanned with synthetic-vegetal produce an intensification of the effect.
Instructions for use:
After thoroughly cleaning leather from glues and other dirts (with our NUBUK CLEANER RUBBER), you will apply ACEITE PULL with an spraying gun with a nozzle opening of 1 to 1,5 mm. and a pressure of 4 to 6 atm., from a proper distance. Experience tells us that 25 to 35 cm. is the correct distance. It is important to have an application cabin equipped with a good extractor fan, water screen and good light for the application to be correct. It is convenient to use protecting mask.

Oils and minerals solvents with a very good penetration to the leather, getting an excellent pull-up effect and a very soft full-grain.  Its aspect is a yellow liquid with low viscosity and no miscible in water, this way it obtains an aspect matt and dark with a greasy touch.
Aplication Field:
